Square Enix announced today a PC port of Final Fantasy XV with a trailer which you can watch above.
Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition will feature First Person Camera Mode, 4K High Resolution Textures, Dolby Atmos support, as well as Nvidia GameWorks support and HDR10 support.
“I think one of the biggest things players can expect is mod support,” stated game director Hajime Tabata in an interview at this year's Gamescom. "We definitely want to do it. We haven’t actually managed to get our full modding policy or discussions on that finished but at the moment we do really want to do it. We’ll have the full details around autumn time.”
The version on PC will also receive content originally released as part of paid season pass on consoles, as well as the subsequent free updates added to the game.
Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition is scheduled to release on Steam, Origin and the Windows 10 Store in Early 2018.
