Platinum Games, developer of both Bayonetta games, are strongly hinting at a possible release for both games on the Nintendo Switch.
The studio's Japanese Twitter account posted Bayonetta artwork resembling the Nintendo Switch's red and blue Joy-Con controllers. What gives this more credence is that Platinum has liked several comments of fans pointing out the connection between the image and the Joy-Con's color scheme.
Bayonetta originally came out for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 in 2009 and had a PC port released earlier this year. However, the sequel came out exclusively for the Nintendo Wii U with Nintendo partially funding the project and publishing it.
Even though nothing official has been announced at the time of writing, this is not the first time this year SEGA and Platinum have been hinting at a possible release of it's titles on new platforms.
